Airport Lounge services are available for passengers on domestic and international flights

For the convenience of Citilinkers who are waiting for their flights, Airport Lounge facilities are available which can be ordered together with pre-booked ticket purchases through the application and website or directly (walk in) at the Citilink cashier.

  1. Passengers can purchase Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge products directly at the Citilink cashier, call center or pre-book through the the Citilink mobile app for:
    • Soekarno Hatta International Airport – Tangerang (CGK), International Terminal 3 (CGK) (Rp599.000 including tax)
  1. Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the Citilink mobile application are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket with the SPPL SSR code to the Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge staff.
  2. Lounge service operating hours every day from 03.00 to 00.00.
  3. Passengers are entitled to get service facilities in the form of Food & Beverage, Flight Information Display System, Prayer Room, Restroom and Smoking Room
  4. For passengers who buy lounge access directly at the cashier can show proof of payment to be able to enter the Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge.
  5. Proof of payment of PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is valid for use on the same date as the payment schedule.
  6. Passengers can access the Saphire Lounge within 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
  7. There is no charge for infants under 24 months traveling with adults.
  8. Passengers can enjoy Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge facilities for a maximum of 3
  9. There is no maximum purchase for individual orders.
  10. Lounge access is only valid on the first flight and not for connecting flights.
  11. Lounge access that has been purchased cannot be canceled, transferred to another passenger, exchanged, or returned after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have pre-booked the lounge, but the lounge at the departure airport is closed due to operational reasons).

Travel documents that will be checked when entering the lounge must include PRL or show a boarding pass or e-ticket with an SPPL code for passengers who purchase pre-book, Identity Card (KTP / Passport) and Boarding Pass.

  1. Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the Citilink mobile application are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket with the BSL or SBSL SSR code to the Blue Sky Premier Lounge/Saphire Blue Sky Lounge staff.
  2. Lounge service operating hours every day from 06.00 to 18.00 (the operating hours may vary and change at any time according to the policies of each airport).
  3. Passengers are entitled to get service facilities in the form of WiFi, reading corners, shopping displays, coffee corners, buffets, live cooking, smoking rooms, and toilets (These facilities may vary and change at any time according to the policies of each airport)
  4. For passengers who buy lounge access directly at the cashier/customer service/ticketing can show proof of payment to be able to enter the Blue Sky Premier Lounge/Saphire Blue Sky Lounge.
  5. Proof of payment of PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is valid for use on the same date as the payment schedule.
  6. Passengers can access the Blue Sky Premier Lounge/Saphire Blue Sky Lounge within 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
  7. There is no charge for infants under 24 months traveling with adults who have PRL Prepaid Lounge Access.
  8. Passengers can enjoy Blue Sky Premier Lounge/Saphire Blue Sky Lounge facilities for a maximum of 2 hours.

    • I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport - Denpasar, Domestic Terminal (Rp250,000 including tax)
  1. Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the website www.citilink.co.id or the mobile application Citilink are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket containing the LGA SSR code to the Garuda Executive Lounge staff.
  2. The Garuda Executive Lounge service is not yet valid as a facility for Citilink passengers holding Garuda Miles Platinum / Elite Plus / Gold / Elite passengers.
  3. Lounge service operating hours every day from 06.00 to 18.00 (the operating hours may vary and change at any time according to the policies of each station).
  4. Passengers are entitled to get service facilities in the form of finger foods, drinks, smoking areas, prayer rooms, toilets, cable TV, Free Wifi and a more comfortable waiting room (Facilities and services refer to the standard SOP applicable at the Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge).
  5. For passengers who purchase lounge access directly at the cashier / ticketing then can show proof of payment to be able to enter the Garuda Executive Lounge.
  6. Proof of payment of valid PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) is used on the same date as the payment schedule.
  7. Passengers can access the Garuda Executive Lounge within 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
  8. Lounge access depends on the actual lounge availability, and will not be available on Black Out Date, such as:
    • 7 days before and after the New Year
    • Peak season period (school holidays, long weekends, etc.)
    • The black out date policy refers to the SOP that applies to the Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge
  1. There is no fee for infants under 24 months traveling with adults who have PRL Prepaid Lounge Access.
  2. There is no maximum purchase for individual orders.
  3. Lounge access is only valid on the first flight and not for connecting flights.
  4. Passengers who purchase Green Zone or Green Premium products must purchase Garuda Access Lounge separately.
  5. Lounge access that has been purchased cannot be canceled, transferred to other passengers, exchanged, or returned after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have bought pre-booked lounge but the lounge at the airport of departure is closed due to operational reasons).

  1. Penumpang yang membeli produk pre – book lounge melalui website www.citilink.co.id ataupun mobile apps Citilink wajib menunjukkan kembali boarding pass atau e-ticket yang terdapat kode SSR APSL kepada staff Saphire Lounge.
  1. Jam operasional layanan Lounge setiap hari pada pukul 06.00 hingga 18.00 (jam operasional tersebut dapat berbeda dan berubah sewaktu-waktu sesuai dengan kebijakan dari masing-masing station).
  2. Penumpang berhak mendapatkan layanan fasilitas berupa WiFi, buffet, smoking area, dan toilet. (Fasilitas tersebut dapat berbeda dan berubah sewaktu-waktu sesuai dengan kebijakan dari masing-masing station).
  3. Bagi penumpang yang membeli Lounge Saphire bandara Halim Perdanakusuma harga termasuk mendapatkan fasilitas kendaraan airside.
  4. Bagi penumpang yang membeli lounge secara langsung di kasir / customer service / ticketing maka dapat menunjukkan bukti pembayaran untuk dapat memasuki Saphire Lounge.
  5. Bukti pembayaran PRL (Payment Receipt Lounge) berlaku digunakan pada tanggal yang sama dengan jadwal pembayaran.
  6. Penumpang dapat mengakses Saphire Lounge dalam waktu 2 jam sebelum jadwal penerbangan keberangkatan.
  7. Tidak ada biaya untuk bayi di bawah 24 bulan bepergian dengan orang dewasa yang memiliki PRL Akses Lounge Prabayar.
  8. Penumpang dapat menikmati fasilitas lounge saphire selama maksimum 2 jam.
  9. Tidak ada pembelian maksimum untuk pemesanan individu.
  10. Akses lounge hanya berlaku di penerbangan pertama dan tidak untuk penerbangan lanjutan (connecting flight).
  11. Bagi penumpang yang membeli produk Green Zone ataupun Green Premium harus melakukan pembelian akses Saphire Lounge secara terpisah.
  12. Akses Lounge yang sudah di beli tidak dapat dibatalkan, ditransfer ke penumpang lain, ditukar, atau dikembalikan setelah pembelian. (Full refund hanya berlaku bagi penumpang yang sudah melakukan pembelian pre – book lounge namun tetapi lounge di bandara keberangkatan tutup di karenakan alasan operasional).

Dokumen perjalanan yang akan diperiksa pada saat memasuki lounge harus mencakup PRL ataupun menunjukkan boarding pass atau e-ticket yang terdapat kode APSL bagi penumpang yang membeli secara pre – book, Kartu Identitas (KTP / Paspor) dan Boarding Pass.

  2. Passengers who purchase pre-book lounge products through the website www.citilink.co.id or the Citilink mobile application are required to show their boarding pass or e-ticket with the APHL SSR code to the Concordia Lounge staff.
  3. Lounge service operating hours every day from 06.00 to 19.00 (the operating hours may vary and change at any time according to the policies of each station).
  4. Passengers are entitled to service facilities in the form of buffets, free flow drinks, WiFi, smoking room, cable TV and toilets, but facilities and services refer to standard SOPs that apply in each Lounge.
  5. Passengers who purchase the lounge directly at the Citilink Cashier or Citilink Customer Service can show a Payment Memo to enter the Concordia Lounge.
  6. Valid Payment Memo is used on the same date as the payment schedule.
  7. Passengers can access the Concordia Lounge within 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
  8. There is no charge for infants under 24 months traveling with an adult who has a Prepaid Lounge Access Payment Memo.
  9. Passengers can enjoy Concordia lounge facilities for a maximum of 2 hours.
  10. There is no maximum purchase for individual orders.
  11. Lounge access is only valid on the first flight and not for connecting flights.
  12. Lounge access that has been purchased cannot be cancelled, transferred to another passenger, exchanged, or returned after purchase. (Full refund only applies to passengers who have purchased a pre – book lounge but the lounge at the departure airport is closed due to operational reasons).
