For Tourist/Business Visit Types:
- Passport with a maximum validity period of 06 (six) months before the validity period of the passport expires.
- Round trip ticket.
- Since on September 25, 2019, the Government of Timor-Leste has implemented a visa-free tourist/short-visit visit.

The following are International Flight Requirements for Overseas Travelers to Dili, Timor-Leste:
- Overseas travelers who have received full vaccinations and second dose vaccinations (according to the terms and conditions of the vaccine received) and children under 12 (twelve) years of age are not required to perform COVID-19 tests before flying to Timor-Leste.
- Overseas travelers who have just received the first dose of vaccination (according to the terms and conditions of the vaccine received) or have never been vaccinated, must conduct PCR tests with a valid period of 2x24 hours before the departure schedule and must self-quarantine for 14 (fourteen) days in Timor-Leste.
- Overseas travelers must comply with the health protocols that apply during their stay in Timor-Leste.
