EDU TOUR - UI GRADUATION

Period: September - December 2023

Day 1:
Depart from your home city to Jakarta by Citilink flight. Upon arrival in Soekarno Hatta International Airport, participants are met by a LinkTrip driver who will take them to their hotel for check-in. Afterwards, participants have free time for a free program.

Day 2:
Starts with breakfast at the hotel. After that, participants are picked up at the hotel and taken to the location of the graduation activities they are attending. Participants will follow the procession of the graduation activities, and after completion, participants have free time for a free program before returning to the hotel.

Day 3:
Starts with breakfast at the hotel. Then, participants are picked up at the hotel for a free program before finally being transferred to the Soekarno Hatta International Airport to return to their hometown by Citilink flight.

Package Includes:

• Return flight tickets with Citilink.
• Flexibility Ticket (Can do 1 x Reschedule according to terms and conditions that apply).
• 2 nights hotel accommodation, including breakfast.
• Transportation (Toyota Hiace).

Package Excludes

• Tour program and attraction tickets.
• Tips for guide & driver.
• Personal Purposes.

Syarat dan Ketentuan:

1. The minimum booking for the 3D2N Edu Tour - UI Graduation Package is 2 people.
2. Each departure requires a minimum of 8 participants. Prices are quoted on a per-person basis.
3. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season.
4. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
5. Package prices are subject to change.
6. The package prices are not valid during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
7. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
8. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
9. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.

11. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
12. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.

14. PT Citilink Indonesia collaborates with GL Travelindo operator to facilitate the creation of the "3D2N Edu Tour - UI Graduation" package.
15. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
