“FIT” MOTOGP GRAND PRIX OF MALAYSIA

Day-1/Saturday, November 11 > Jakarta - Kuala Lumpur

Participants fly respectively from Soekarno-Hatta Airport T3 for a direct flight to Kuala Lumpur. Afterward, we will head straight to the circuit to shop for MotoGP race team merchandise. Then, we will have dinner before checking in at the hotel and resting.

(Lunch at the circuit will be provided by the tour participants themselves!) 

Day-2 / Sunday / November 12 > Final Race Day

After breakfast, we will head straight to the circuit to watch Indonesian rider, "Super Mario Aji 64," who will compete in the final races of Moto3 (10.00-11.00), Moto2 (11.15-12.15), and MotoGP (13.00-14.00). After the event, we will return to the bus at the circuit parking lot, and before heading to the hotel, we will stop by Mitsui Outlet Sepang (while waiting for the traffic to ease towards KUL).

(Lunch & dinner at the circuit will be provided by the tour participants themselves!) 

Day-3 / Monday, November 13th > Kuala Lumpur - Jakarta (Breakfast + Lunch)

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and take a group photo in front of the Petronas Twin Towers. Next, we will stop by Berly's Chocolate House, have lunch, and do a little shopping at Sungei Wang Plaza. Then, we will head straight to KLIA-1 Airport for our flight back to Jakarta.

• Changes to the race schedule are entirely the authority of Sepang Int’l Circuit.
• As long as in Kuala Lumpur there are certain areas that are prohibited to smoke without delay (airports, circuits, tourist sites, shopping centers) if violated then in fine and can be charged by immigration of KUL airport.

• There are three hotels to choose from in the city center of ChinaTown Kuala Lumpur area.
• Can upgrade the GP's ticket for Sepang 2023 as long as there's stock!
• Upgrade fees for MotoGP Sepang Malaysia watch tickets are as follows:
  C2 > F@135rb / K1@360rb / MGS@860rb / Tribune MM93@1,6jt (Limited).
• Child price (CWB & CNB) applies if the room is with both parents (2 Adult).
• If anyone wants to buy a package without including the GP Sepang C2 HillStand sighting ticket then the price of the package is reduced by the cost of @300rb/pax.

Package Includes:

• Return flight ticket by Citilink (CGK - KUL - CGK).
• Air-conditioned bus transportation and lankyard.
• Breakfast & Dinner (no pork).
• Ear plug, luggage tag and ponco (jas hujan).
• Tipping drivers, local guides & tour leaders.
• MotoGP C2 Hillstand (Covered).
• Tour leader from Jakarta who accompanied during the tour.

Package Excludes:

• Covid-19 insurance & PCR test.
  
• Tips for airport porter, hotel bell boy, etc.
  
• Creation of passports and other documents.
• Trolley bag & tourism tax for Malaysia hotel.
  
• Sepang MotoGP ticket upgrade fee.
  
• Minimum passport validity is 01 June 2024.
• Children from the age of 2 years are required to use the Sepang GP ticket.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Changes to the race schedule are entirely the authority of Sepang Int’l Circuit.
2. Registration must be FULL PAYMENT and if canceled for any reason, the tour fee is forfeited.
3. Changes in flight schedules are entirely the responsibility of the airline.
4. The minimum booking for the 3D2N "FIT" MotoGP Grand Prix of Malaysia Sepang Int'l Circuit Package is 2 people.
5. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season.
6. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
7. The price of the package may change from time to time due to adjustments to the MYR vs IDR rate.
8. The package prices are not valid during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
9. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
10. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
11. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.
12. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• 15 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
• 08 days before the departure date will be charged 40% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
• 04 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
13. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
14. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.
15. Other matters will be regulated according to the policies and regulations of domestic and international flights applicable at PT. Citilink Indonesia:
• The regulations for domestic flights are based on the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 of 2022 and the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Transportation No. 82 of 2022.

16. PT Citilink Indonesia collaborates with TX TRAVEL operator to facilitate the creation of the " 3D2N "FIT" MotoGP Grand Prix of Malaysia Sepang Int'l Circuit" package.
17. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
