PILGRIMAGE AND RELIGIOUS TOURS TO TIMOR LESTE

A pilgrimage to the tombs of heroes is intended for families or citizens of Indonesia (WNI) who want to visit Dili, Timor-Leste, to make a pilgrimage to the Tombs of Heroes of TNI and POLRI soldiers who died in Timor-Leste. Religious or spiritual pilgrimage options also include visiting places such as the An-Nur Mosque (Alor), the Cristo Rei Statue, or the temple in Taibesi.

Day 1: Dili - Local Souvenirs and City Tour

Arrive at Presidente Nicolao Lobato International Aiport Dili at 12.20 p.m. TL. Upon arrival at NL Dili Airport, participants are picked up by a guide from our staff. Then the program continues to the hotel for rest. In the afternoon, participants are taken to a traditional market that sells various local souvenirs, such as Tais and others.

Day 2: Dili-Baucau - Mosque - Cristo Rei Statue

For participants who wish to visit the graves of family members who died in the line of duty, the itinerary will be customized upon request, as there are two heroes cemeteries, in Dili and Baucau.

1. To visit Baucau, participants travel in the morning after breakfast, with departure around 9 a.m. and arrival around 11 a.m. There, participants made a pilgrimage, and once completed, they returned to Dili after lunch in Baucau.
2. For participants whose relatives died and are buried in the Dili Heroes Cemetery, participants depart from the hotel at 08:00 a.m. and arrive around 15 minutes later. After the pilgrimage, participants are transferred to the Alor Mosque, the Cristo Rei Statue, and the beautiful white sand beach.

After waiting for the participants from Baucau, participants will continue dinner together and then return to the hotel.

Day 3: City Tour and Airport

After breakfast and check-out, participants will be transferred to the airport to return to Indonesia via I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport.

Package Includes:

• Return flight ticket by Citilink (DPS-DIL-DPS).
• 2 nights accommodation at selected hotel with breakfast.
• All transfers/transportation using Taxi and Bus.
• Tour guide.
• Free 1 bottle of Aqua per day.
• Taxes.

Package Excludes:

• PCR test if required.
• Personal expenses such as hotel minibar, etc.
• Food and drink expenses.
• Unexpected expenses etc.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum booking for the Pilgrimage and Religious Tours to Timor Leste Packages is 2 people.
2. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season.
3. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
4. Package prices are subject to change.
5. The package prices are not valid during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
6. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
7. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
8. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.
9. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• 15 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
• 08 days before the departure date will be charged 40% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
• 04 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
10. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
11. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.
12. Other matters will be regulated according to the policies and regulations of domestic and international flights applicable at PT. Citilink Indonesia:
• The regulations for domestic flights are based on the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 of 2022 and the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Transportation No. 82 of 2022.

13. PT Citilink Indonesia collaborates with General Sales Agent (GSA) PT. CITILINK Timor Airways operator to facilitate the creation of the "Pilgrimage and Religious Tours to Timor Leste" package.
14. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
