“FIT” MOTOGP GRAND PRIX OF INDONESIA - MANDALIKA INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT

Day-1/Friday/13 October 2023> Flights to Lombok

Flight to Lombok. Once at Praya Airport, you will meet our team to be taken to the hotel and check in after 14.00. After that, participants have free time for rest or free events.

Day -2/Saturday/14 October 2023>  There are 2 optional events as follows: 

Option A : Qualifying & Sprint Race (B+D)

Start with breakfast. Then head to the circuit to watch the MotoGP qualification sessions (09.50-10.30), Moto3 (11.50-12.30) Moto2 (12.45-13.25), and the Sprint Race MotoGP for 13 laps (14.00-15.00) until the afternoon. After the race, enjoy dinner before returning to the hotel for some rest.

*Lunch at the circuit will be covered by the tour participants themselves

Option B: Gili Trawangan (B+L)

Start with breakfast. Continue with a trip to Gili Trawangan using a speedboat, where participants can follow a variety of activities such as cycling, riding a Cidomo, Glass Bottom Boat, or snorkeling (own expense). After following various activities, participants enjoy lunch at Gili Trawangan. In the afternoon, the participants returned to the hotel to rest.

* Dinner is at your own expense! 

Day-3/Week/15 October 2023> Final Race Day (B)

Start with breakfast, head to the circuit to watch the Indonesian driver, "Super Mario Aji 64," who will compete in the Moto3 finals (10.00-11.00), Moto2 (11.15-12.15), and MotoGP for 27 laps (13.00-15.00) until the afternoon. After the race, back to the hotel for a break.

* Lunch at the circuit & dinner each by tour participants themselves!

Day-4/Sunday/16 October 2023> Flights to respective cities (B)

Start with breakfast at the hotel and check out at 12:00 noon. Then our team will take the participants to the airport for a flight back to their respective cities.

Note:

• Two optional options are available for the event on Saturday, Oct 14, 2023 (A/B).
• Experience during the Mandalika 2022 GP there was severe congestion around the circuit area so that spectators could only arrive at the hotel after midnight so that later it could be anticipated!!!

Mandalika MotoGP Ticket Price List:

Description: Ticket upgrade fee can be added from the price-list price difference of the ticket.

Two hotel options are available in the city center (subject to availability).

Package Includes:

• Return Flight Ticket by Citilink (CGK-LOP-CGK).
• Driver cum guide & tipping.
• Meals as per above program (no pork menu).
• Transportation & Hotel for 4D3N.
• Tickets to watch MotoGP "General Admission" Festival.

Package Excludes:

• Travel insurance & trolley bag.
• Other expenses not included above.
• Tips for airport porter, hotel bell boy, etc.
• Personal expenses, minibar and optional tour.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The regulations from the Mandalika circuit for children < 12 years old are prohibited from entering the circuit !!! 
2. Registration must be FULL PAYMENT and if canceled for any reason, the tour fee is forfeited. 
3. Changes to the race schedule are the full authority of the Mandalika Circuit.
4. The minimum booking for the 4D3N “FIT” MotoGP Grand Prix of Indonesia package is 2 people.
5. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season.
6. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
7. Package prices are subject to change.
8. The package prices are not valid during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
9. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
10. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
11. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.
12. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
    • 15 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
    • 08 days before the departure date will be charged 40% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
    • 04 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
13. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
14. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.
15. Other matters will be regulated according to the policies and regulations of domestic and international flights applicable at PT. Citilink Indonesia:
    • The regulations for domestic flights are based on the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 of 2022 and the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Transportation No. 82 of 2022. 
    • The regulations for International flights are based on the policies of the destination country. (Check here)
16. PT. Citilink Indonesia collaborates with TX TRAVEL operator to facilitate the creation of the "4D3N “FIT” MotoGP Grand Prix of Indonesia" package.
17. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
