Health Screening Packages 

Pre-Screening Do(s) and Don't(s)

Pre-Screening Do(s)

• Fast for at least ten hours. Please refrain from consuming food the night before your appointment. Drinking of plain water is permissible.
• For ladies - Pap smear, urine and stool tests should be done five days after the lost day of menstruation.
• Before undergoing a pelvic ultrasound, you will be required to drink several glasses of water.
• Fasting is mandatory for patients who will be taking the ultrasound abdomen test. While taking the test, you may feel some slight discomfort and the conducting gel may feel cold and wet.
• If you are menstruating on the day of your appointment, please inform the nurses of your arrival. you will not be able to do your urine, stool, and Pap smear tests because the presence of blood in these tests would produce inaccurate results. The Pap smear test can be arranged to be done on the day of your review.
• If you are taking the treadmill test, bring along an additional change of clothes and appropriate footwear.

Pre-Screening Don't(s)

• Please avoid urinating for about one hour prior to the examination time. When the bladder is full, it forms a convenient path, known as the acoustic window, for the ultrasonic waves.
• Do not wear any deodorant, perfume, powder or cream under your arms or chest area as it may interfere with the quality of the mammogram.
• Avoid caffeine a day before taking the stress test.

Terms and Conditions After Health Screening:

• Screening report is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
• Second appointment with the Specialist Consultant or Wellness Doctor must be completed within 6 months of the first screening appointment.
• Under the Private Healthcare Facility Services Act and Regulation, no medical records shall be seen, reviewed or held by other party unless with a written consent by patients for medical records purposes only.
• All medical report will be given directly to patient. A copy of report will only be given to company with a signed consent letter from patient.

Terms and Conditions of Package Booking:

1. The minimum booking for the Health Screening Packages is 2 people.
2. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season.
3. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
4. Package prices are subject to change.
5. The package prices are not valid during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
6. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
7. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
8. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.
9. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• 15 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
• 08 days before the departure date will be charged 40% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
• 04 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
10. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
11. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.
12. Other matters will be regulated according to the policies and regulations of domestic and international flights applicable at PT. Citilink Indonesia:
• The regulations for domestic flights are based on the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 of 2022 and the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Transportation No. 82 of 2022. 
• The regulations for International flights are based on the policies of the destination country. (Check here)
13. PT. Citilink Indonesia collaborates with Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 operator to facilitate the creation of the "Health Screening Packages".
14. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
