Day 1: Arrive at Juanda International Airport Surabaya - transfer from airport to golf course - lunch at golf course (own pax account) - play golf 18 Holes at Ciputra Golf (PM tee-off & enjoy your game) - transfer to hotel for check in - free & easy program - return to hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening free at leisure.

Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel - transfer from hotel to play golf 18 Holes at Taman Dayu Golf Club (AM tee-off & enjoy your game) - free & easy program - return to hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening free at leisure.

Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel - proceed to check out of the hotel - transfer to local restaurant for lunch (own pax account) - transfer to Juanda International Airport Surabaya  for departure - boarding/check in flight - depart from Surabaya to Jakarta.

Package Includes:

•  Return flight ticket by Citilink (CGK-SUB-CGK).
•  Free CitiSport Member (Free 20 kg sport equipment baggage allowance).

•  2 rounds of golf x 18 holes as per itinerary (include green, cart & caddy fee). 
•  2 nites accommodation at chosen hotel with breakfast.
•  All transfer/transport using Toyota Hiace or Van (include fuel, toll & parking fee).
•  Complimentary 2 bottles mineral/ion/isotonic/vitamin water per golfer per day.

Package Excludes:

• Travel insurance.
• Driver and caddy tip.
• Personal expenses.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum booking for the Sparkling Surabaya Golf - 3D2N 2 Games package is 2 people.
2. Each departure requires a minimum of 8 participants. Prices are quoted on a per-person basis.
3. The LinkTrip programs are available for Indonesian citizens (WNI), KITAS holders, and during the low season (Valid until Dec 2023)
4. Package requests follow the availability of Citilink Indonesia flight schedules.
5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice before any confirmation.
6. The package prices are not valid during high season periods (school holidays, national holidays, Christmas, and New Year holidays).
7. All payment or settlement processes for Linktrip packages will be handled by the package provider operator.
8. To request a refund for a Linktrip package, customers are expected to directly contact the package provider operator. 
9. Terms and conditions regarding Citilink flight ticket refunds are regulated in PM No. 30 of 2021.
10. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
    • 15 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
    • 08 days before the departure date will be charged 40% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
    • 04 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the package price (Outside of airfare).
11. The LinkTrip programs may change depending on the conditions and situations during the journey.
12. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for accidents, loss of goods, excess baggage, detention at airports or hotels, quarantine costs, delays/disruptions in schedules, aircraft or other transportation, or due to strikes, force majeure, implementation of government regulations and policies, and other factors beyond PT. Citilink Indonesia's control.
13. Other matters will be regulated according to the policies and regulations of domestic and international flights applicable at PT. Citilink Indonesia:
    • The regulations for domestic flights are based on the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 of 2022 and the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Transportation No. 82 of 2022. 
    • The regulations for International flights are based on the policies of the destination country. (Check here).
14. PT Citilink Indonesia collaborates with Golf Leisure Indonesia operator to facilitate the creation of the "Sparkling Surabaya Golf - 3D2N 2 Games" package.
15. The package schedule is not binding (subject to change at any time) and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the written itinerary may change at any time and adapt to the situation and conditions on the ground.
