TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Discount is only valid for LinkMiles Members.
2. Valid with maximum discount up to Rp.150.000,-.
3. F&B voucher is valid with a maximum discount of 20%.
4. Spa Treatment voucher is valid for a maximum discount of 30%.
5. The voucher is valid for one time and does not apply for multiples.
6. Voucher is only valid for reservations at Dijiwa Ubud and Seminyak.
7. Vouchers cannot be exchanged and cashed.
8. Make a reservation prior to arrival at the contact indicated in the voucher terms and conditions.

ORDERING MECHANISM:

1. Members redeem discount vouchers on the "Redeem Miles" menu in the member's account via the website: https://member.citilink.co.id or Citilink application.
2. After redemption voucher by using miles is successfully, members will receive a unique code by email.
3. Make a reservation in advance via phone or email listed on the voucher which can be seen in the "Redeem Miles" Menu on the Dijiwa Sanctuaries voucher discount.
4. At the time of transaction, the member shows a unique code voucher.
5. Make a payment.
6. Done.
