Terms & Conditions

1. Discount is only applicable for LinkMiles Members.
2. Voucher is valid with maximum 10% discount for 1 (one) trip package with maximum 5 Pax booking.
3. Voucher is valid with maximum 15% discount for 1 (one) trip package with maximum 10 Pax booking.
4. Voucher is valid with maximum 20% discount for Fullday package with maximum booking of 15 Pax.
5. Reservations can only be made via email at: sendal_explore@gmail.com or via whatsapp at: 0821-4317-7815.
6. Cancellation within 6 (six) days before the scheduled trip is charged 50% of the total down payment (DP) of the package.
7. Trip can be canceled by the organizer for reasons of weather and health of participants who do not allow.
8. Room and stay booking period starts from July 14, 2023 - July 13, 2024.
9. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
10. Citilink reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. Voucher berlaku dengan maksimal diskon 10% untuk paket 1 trip dengan pemesanan

Redemption Mechanism

1. Members can be redeem discount vouchers on the "Redeem Miles" menu in the member account via the website: https://m-member.citilink.co.id or Citilink application.
2. After redemption is successfully by using miles, members will receive an email with a unique voucher code.
3. Make a reservation via email to: sendal_explore@gmail.com or via whatsapp at: 0821-4317-7815.
4. Then present the voucher code sent via email at the time of reservation.
5. Make down payment of 30% of the selected package price.
6. After making a reservation, when checking in, members must show the LinkMiles membership e-card. LinkMiles membership e-card can be viewed on the Citiilik member website: https://m-member.citilink.co.id or Citilink app.
7. Make the remaining payment.
8. Done.
