3. Voucher is valid with maximum 15% discount for F&B exclude ZIA Hotel Batam, Surabaya and Jakarta.
4. The Best Available Rate price at the hotel includes breakfast for 2 (two) people.
5. Reservations can be made via email or telephone.
6. Discount does not apply during peak season (long holiday, Idul Fitri, Christmas, New Year).
7. Room and stay booking period starts from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

Booking Mechanism

1. Members redeem discount vouchers on the "Redeem Miles" menu in the member account via the website: https://member.citilink.co.id, or Citilink app.
2. After successfully redemption of the voucher using miles, members will receive an email with a unique voucher code.
3. Make a reservation via email or telephone.
4. Show the unique code sent via email after successfully redemption.
5. After making a reservation, upon checking in, members must present their LinkMiles membership e-card.
6. LinkMiles membership e-card can be viewed on Citilink member website https://member.citilink.co.id or Citilink app.
7. Make payment.
